I used to cut grass when I was young, then I started doing a few neighbors and friends of my family. It was an opportunity for me to make money doing something that I'm good at and that I had a lot of familiarity with, so it was easy for me to start a business.

How did you learn to take care of a lawn?
I learned from watching other people. My uncle and other guys around the neighborhood taught me along the way. When you’re first starting out, you make a lot of mistakes and then you find ways to do things better as you go along and become more efficient.

What do you love most about being a lawn care provider?
I like it when customers are satisfied and they let you know that they really appreciate the job you did. It's always the little small things. Being more attentive to certain details, pointing out certain things, and taking recommendations on things from customers, and then seeing how excited they are about the finished product, that’s always a good thing.

Have you always had a passion for lawn care?
My passion for lawn care is just an overflow of my passion for life. I always want to do things to the best of my ability and I always want to do things that I am particularly proud of on a personal note.
