Being a professional, my experience. I've been doing this for so long. I learned from my uncle who was doing it before smartphones, before a lot of technology, all the way back in the '80s.

Professionalism. Accidents happen, sometimes you’ll mess something up and it's about how you handle the situation. Keeping in touch with the customer, letting them know what's going on. With every job I try to double check, even triple check. When you're done, take five minutes and just look at everything that's in front of you, evaluate your work.
